Site evaluation request

Please use this form to request a proposal and estimate for a new website, for an evaluation and makeover for an existing site.   Our estimate and initial evaluation is free.

  • About your site and audience

  • Brief overview - what is the purpose of the site?
  • Who will be visiting your website, and how will they use it.
  • Who will create content for the site for launch? Once it's launched, who will create ongoing content and make updates? (Note that you can have different levels of content creators, from simple contributors with limited capabilities, to fully powered editors)

  • Functionality and features

  • Provide URLs for some websites with functions you like, and describe what you like about them. It's OK if you only like one feature about the site, just let us know what you like about it

    This area gives us a general idea about your design needs.
  • Are there design elements that must be incorporated? An existing color scheme or logo? Do you want to carry over parts of the design from an existing site?
  • Please provide URLs for sites you like from a design standpoint, and what you like about them. Feel free to mention design elements, even if you're don't like the full site.

  • Budget, Deadlines & Other Services

  • It will be helpful for us to understand your budget resources before doing this proposal.
  • What is the timeline for launch? Are there significant deadline issues?
    *Note that site hosting for a typical site is included if we are doing development and ongoing site maintenance. If you want to arrange your own site hosting, we'll need to make sure it is compatible with the latest version of Wordpress and its plugins (most major hosts are). ** Note that the site will be built to current SEO standards. A deeper level of work to drive up the site's search rankings involves a more intensive and ongoing strategy, normally involving a monthly fee.
